Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your tool chest or cabinet in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, keys, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for any damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
